When I'm running
I tell my self:
the first 8 minutes are the hardest!
And when that's over:
the first 15 minutes are the hardest!
And when that's over:
the first half hour is the hardest!
And when that's over:
only a half hour left!
Now just wait for the runner's high to kick in!
